The position – trade show coordinator and reseller representative

We’re now looking for a person to help out with a broad range of tasks related to our exhibitions at trade shows, and support our resellers, worldwide. Our ideal candidate is very well organized and used to lead projects. You’re a passionate self-starter and not afraid to take on new things. You have strong administrative, interpersonal and communication skills, and a great eye for graphical design. And if you’re interested in professional cinematography gear, cameras and such, that’s a plus!
Your main responsibility will be to plan, prepare and execute our exhibitions at different trade shows and workshops around the world. You also stay in touch with our resellers and support them with what they need, promotion material, demo equipment etc. Typical tasks include everything from coming up with a booth layout and booking contractors, preparing graphics for the booth backdrops to visit resellers helping them with promotion. You’d be responsible for planning events as well as being on-site, making sure everything is running smooth and helping out setting up the booth, mounting our products for display and helping out demoing the gear during the show days.
This position requires a lot of traveling. We arranged events at more than 15 locations worldwide last year, including Amsterdam, London, Paris, Madrid, Mumbai, Beijing, New York, Atlanta, L.A. and many more.
In between shows the job include communicating with our resellers and producing marketing material for the web, print and social media and helping out with sales.

Typical work activities

  • Travel a lot, all over the world.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within budget.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Delegate project tasks based on other staff members individual strengths and skill sets.
  • Track project costs.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.


We think that our candidate has the following skills:
  • Organized and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and fast learning.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Experience in creating marketing material both for print and social media.
If you also happen to have any of the following skills, you’re probably our ideal candidate:
  • Experience in working with TV and film production gear.
  • Experience in still and/or video photography.
  • Experience in working with customer support.

About us
Since 2013 Flowcine has been working on improving on the tools available to professional DOPs, camera operators and grips, helping them to achieve better looking, more stable shots. We make arms for vehicle mount and different kinds of body support systems, both for handheld gimbals and stabilized arm based rigs. We’re a small team located in Stockholm, Sweden.
