The position – trade show coordinator and reseller representative
We’re now looking for a person to help out with a broad range of tasks related to our exhibitions at trade shows, and support our resellers, worldwide. Our ideal candidate is very well organized and used to lead projects. You’re a passionate self-starter and not afraid to take on new things. You have strong administrative, interpersonal and communication skills, and a great eye for graphical design. And if you’re interested in professional cinematography gear, cameras and such, that’s a plus!
Your main responsibility will be to plan, prepare and execute our exhibitions at different trade shows and workshops around the world. You also stay in touch with our resellers and support them with what they need, promotion material, demo equipment etc. Typical tasks include everything from coming up with a booth layout and booking contractors, preparing graphics for the booth backdrops to visit resellers helping them with promotion. You’d be responsible for planning events as well as being on-site, making sure everything is running smooth and helping out setting up the booth, mounting our products for display and helping out demoing the gear during the show days.
This position requires a lot of traveling. We arranged events at more than 15 locations worldwide last year, including Amsterdam, London, Paris, Madrid, Mumbai, Beijing, New York, Atlanta, L.A. and many more.
In between shows the job include communicating with our resellers and producing marketing material for the web, print and social media and helping out with sales.
